While we worked on making Chloe's birthday cake, Oby took Chloe out to my mom's backyard for her first ride in a swing. SHE LOVED IT, as you can see! Doesn't her face just scream pure joy?!?!?! She is such a happy girl. Tonight was the first time she's really seemed to feel good and act like her normal self in almost two weeks, so it was extra nice to see that big smile of hers!
There are some finishing touches to add tomorrow, but here's the rough draft of Chloe's birthday cake! It was messy, but a lot of fun to make! I think it turned out pretty cute.

You did an awesome job Tara!! Chloe is so lucking to have you as her mommy!! What fun milestones.. We do need to get together and we are game to go to Uinta's...We need to talk about the schedules..Nate has weekdays (T-Wed-TH) off..it makes it hard to get together but we NEED to!!! Love ya.
The cake looks so good, I need to learn a few tricks from you when I am there.
