Our nightly routine consists of giving Chloe a bath, letting her have some naked playtime (her absolute favorite part of the entire day), giving nighttime medicine, reading a story, saying prayers, and singing lullabies. Chloe's favorite story is called Counting Kisses, because it has cool pictures, and I give ten kisses on her toes, then work up her body until I give one kiss on her sleepy head. Oh my gosh, Chloe LOVES kisses and loves when I read this book before bedtime! She wasn't sleeping last week, and I was worried she was having seizures or something, because she was not herself, but whatever was wrong magically went away and she's been a good little sleeper for almost a week now!... She is so cute when she sleeps, she must have nothing but happy dreams, because she's always smiling and laughing in her sleep. I always think she's remembering what a fun day we had together, because we ALWAYS have fun days together! Or maybe she's just dreaming about Counting Kisses...?
