I'm still pinching myself to make sure it's not just a crazy dream. But then I realize, it's true, we really did it, we sold our house. We're free! I have been celebrating by really getting organized and settled into our new place, our new home. Chloe was helping me this morning while I got a few projects done.
We cannot thank our realtors Christi and Penny enough. They worked SO hard to get our house sold, they went above and beyond and it really paid off - literally. To be able to get full asking price, well above what we paid for the house less than a year ago, in this wacky market - that is a serious feat and a tribute to Christi and Penny.

Congrats on selling your house. Its even better to have made a profit. Im jealous. We need to get together. I want to see little Chloe all big!
