Heaven on Earth

I don't know exactly what it is about spending time at the cabin during winter, but I honestly feel like I'm a little bit closer to heaven. Maybe it's the higher elevation and the fact that everything is covered in white fluffy delightfulness. Anyway, I LOVE it! Here are some highlights from our trip....

The 'Chlo-hawk'
Dad in the coat he wears to get wood

My cuties

I LOVE this picture

Dad out on a snowmobile cruise

Oby at the lookout point at sunset

Lovely

What a cutie

Pouty Face McGee

Me on a ride at Christmas Meadows

And Oby at Christmas Meadows

Lily Lake

We watched our friend's kids sledding

The three of us on a night ride

Mom and Dad ready to ride

Chloe looks so cute suited and booted

Just chillin'

My bro Travis and his son Jake

Time to go home!

How much fun is that? I still remember our cabin trip...I was shocked that you invited me and I think that by the time it was over you were jumping for joy to get away from me! Ahh, the good old days. I still get nervous thinking about your horses. Do you still have the one that decided it was play time in the water and rolled over in the stream while I was trying to ride him?

You know, it IS heaven to spend uninterrupted, undisturbed time with husband, baby, and close loving family. It's an added bonus that the scenery is so beautiful.
