To Infinity & Beyond!

Today started out with several bad experiences at the hospital. Nothing major to report, except that too many people who work in healthcare have way too high opinion of themselves and their condescending attitudes get under my skin sometimes! Thankfully, Chloe was there to keep things in perspective, and I had to let it go because it really doesn't matter....

Then we headed for a little photo shoot of Chloe in her Halloween costume. She is going to be a flower, so I decided the gardens at the Salt Lake temple would be an ideal backdrop! Aunt Taylor took the pictures. Henry wanted to be with his mom, and since Chloe was going to be dressed up, he wanted to be dressed up too! I'm sure people were wondering what the heck we were up to walking around the temple grounds looking like a bunch of little goofballs!....

Chloe wasn't terribly cooperative. Her neck is getting stronger and her head control better, but she thought it was funny to bend her body over just because she knew we didn't want her to. She would giggle and giggle when I tried to un-bend her body and get her to hold her head up. What a little stinker!....

It was great having Henry there. He was cracking me up non-stop.... he is seriously so silly! And he looked so cute in his outfit that strangers were taking his picture too! He was also being silly to help us get Chloe to smile. What a cute boy....

Today when they were waiting for Chloe and I to come pick them up, Henry asked his mom where we were. She told them we were at the hospital. He asked why. She said they were talking with the doctor about possibly doing a surgery. He asked, "To help her walk?" Taylor explained that no, the surgery wouldn't help her walk. He then asked, "Oh, to help her neck be stronger?" Again no, but how sweet that he wants that for her! I love this little guy to infinity and beyond!

Oh my gosh - Chloe is the CUTEST little flower!!!!! Just love the photos. And, the 2 year old attitude (Emma is doing some of the same stuff as Chloe and I find it to be so darn cute that she's learning how to be ornery!)
