New Wheels!

Today was such an exciting day! We got Chloe's new wheels!!!

I was so nervous to see how she would react to her wheelchair. I wanted her to like it so much, since she's going to be spend a lot of time in it. I was praying, crossing my fingers, crossing my toes, and holding my breath as I sat her in the seat for the first time. I closed my eyes tight hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst. I fully expected to hear Chloe's infamous scream/snort, but....

She was all smiles!

There were three nurses involved in getting Chloe's wheelchair to fit perfectly and be just right for her needs. They worked really hard when Chloe got in the chair to get the straps and fittings to be all *just right* Still, I kept thinking, okay, when is Chloe going to start the freak-out, but....

She smiled the entire time!

My camera battery died after I took one picture, so the majority of these pix are taken with my camera phone, and they do NOT do justice for the color. It is the brightest, prettiest turquoise! Not the dull blue like the pictures show.

Chloe couldn't stop checking out the zippers, straps, arm rests, coverings, seat, just everything about it! She was just soaking it all in and enjoying every second of it!

To say that the nurses liked Chloe would be the understatement of the century! They absolutely adore her! They couldn't get over her curly hair, big blue eyes, cute shoes, sweet smile. She liked them too!!!

She's ready to ride!

I remember the color of the chair from the post when you ordered the chair so ya, the pics don't do it justice. But is anyone even noticing the color of the chair when there is such a cute smile to look at? Congrats and happy ridin'!
